Add a Port Out Block to further secure your account

One of the ways a fraudster can also obtain a new sim as you, is attempting to port out your number to a different carrier. The way this works is a fraudster registers an account with a carrier and inputs your number, PIN and account number from your existing carrier. This allows the carrier to authenticate the port and obtain a new sim with your number.
